                                         Is the Qt50 a moped?

The word "moped" is an abbreviation for the words "motor" and "pedal." The Qt50 does not have pedals, therefore, it is not technically a moped. Also, the Qt is not technically a scooter, which has smaller wheels and plastic fairings. I choose to use the word "moped" because I think it most accurately describes the Qt50.

What kind of bikes are they?

The bikes are 1985 Yamaha Qt50s. They are also called Yamahoppers. They have two-stroke engines, centrifugal clutches, and one-speed transmissions. www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yamaha_QT50

What size engines do they have?

The Qt50 has a 49cc two-stroke engine. We replaced the pistons and cylinders with 59cc top ends from a Yamaha Trizinger.
